Ingrediente: Carne de porc (origine: Romania), sare, acidifiant (glucono-delta-lactona), boabe MUSTAR, condimente, antioxidant (acid ascorbic), conservant (nitrit de sodiu), cultura starter, membrana naturala de oaie. Pentru 100g produs finit se utilizeaza 120g carne de porc.
